I have been using a program called 'scrcpy' to mirror my Android device (Galaxy Note 9, I could just get something like the dex but I'm a broke college kid) onto my PC that is running Windows 10 by plugging it into a USB port, although I doubt the Windows version would matter all that much, so long as it's somewhat recent. This means that I'm not emulating an Android device on my PC and that I'm literally controlling my phone on my PC. The in general method I use is mirroring my phone onto my PC. I've been using this method for a couple months now and, although it lacks some features (maybe, I just haven't read the 'README' file) that I would enjoy with Snapchat, it is still an enjoyable little program and I'm sure there are plenty like it, which I will (hopefully) quickly discuss below: I am only posting this because I have seen quite a few posts in the past couple months asking about it and figured this might help a few people out.
